Wedding colours and theming are probably one of the biggest decisions a couple will make for their day. It sets the mood and tone of the party that follows! Are you a black tie, traditional green and whites couple? Garden spring time featuring colour? Bold accents and disco balls? Whatever the theme you choose, just know you cant go wrong if it reflects your personality!
classic
The classic green and white is known as a classic for a reason! Very popular with black tie or more formal weddings, this theme is elegant and timeless. I’m also starting to see the return of black bridesmaids dresses too! This theme will always be elegant for a formal event.
CLASSIC & SOFT PINKS
Probably the most popular theme for weddings- is a slight twist on the classic green and white, and adding in a hint of colour, typically a soft pink / pastels that typically match in the with the bridesmaids colour and overall styling.
COLOUR
Whether its on the brighter side or pastels, colour always photographs so well! I just love how colourful flowers and styling tend to bring out personality and flair of the couple. Because I keep my photography editing style natural, and don’t wash out greens to grey I love the vibrancy it gives and the pop to the images!
NATIVES
Popular in the Australian summer months, natives provide a hardwearing, longlasting floral theme for your day. They wont wilt or look like they need drink by the time your reception rolls around! natives are typically teamed up with hints of red which look incredidble against the greenery or vineyards that most country venues have.

Go all out and show your love for colour! Yes it can be bold and daring. but when done well, boy does it look amazing!
